Blueberry Cream Gummies
Gummies have become a weekly thing in my house. The kids love them, and I do too! Made with antioxidant-rich blueberries, creamy goodness, and gut-friendly gelatin, these a fun and satisfying snack for both kids and adults.

They come together quickly with minimal ingredients and can be customised with a touch of natural sweetness from maple syrup or honey. I love to use cream to add some richness and fat to round out the nutrition of this snack and make it surprisingly filling.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups organic blueberries, frozen
- 1/4 cup pouring cream
- 3.5 tablespoons gelatin
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
METHOD
- In a small bowl, combine the gelatin with 1/3 cup water. It will form a rubbery solid mass. Set aside.
- In a saucepan over low to medium heat, gently heat the blueberries with 1/4 cup water until softened and juicy.
- Blend the blueberry mixture using a hand blender until smooth.
- Stir in the cream.
- While the mixture is still warm, stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
- Add maple syrup or honey if using, and mix well.
- Pour into a glass container or silicone moulds. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until set.
- Cut into pieces or remove from moulds and serve.
Notes
- To make things easy, I pour the whole mixture into a glass container and slice after setting. You can also use fun silicone shaped moulds.
- To make these dairy free, use full fat coconut cream in place of cream.
